ONS MECHCON does manufacture the broadest range of wear resistant Alumina Ceramic products having size from 5mm thick to 50 mm thickness which have extensively used in core Industries like Thermal Power Plant companies, Cement Manufacturing industries, Steel Industries, Chemical & Fertilizer industries etc. The thickness of the Ceramic lining depends on the severity of the abrasion and pipe diameter.
As per requirement of customer, Tiles and Sleeve are formed by pressing a premix alumina ceramic powder and kiln firing the all press material at 15500C temperature.
